During the production and sales of houses frames, we often discover unexpected things. When we have a client in the face of the person, not of the organization, we call the framework by his name. And this inscription is printed by the printer of the machine on the profiles of the frame. We had frameworks "Angelica", "Alexei", "Ivan"... For us, nothing remarkable, the usual thing.
One of framework we called "Sergo" by the Customer's name. But how amazing was to hear from him a revelation:
"It's so good that my framework is called Sergo! Because after many years my grandchildren will need to change the insulation or the slab. They will remove the slabs and suddenly see my name - the name of their grandfather!"
It was very touching.
